3. Booking and Payment
   Full payment is required in advance for all services and consultations. No work will begin until payment has been successfully received. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Elevate Identity is not responsible for issues caused by payment platforms.

4. No Refund Policy
   All payments made to Elevate Identity are final. We operate a strict no refund policy. Once a service has been purchased or a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, change of mind, dissatisfaction after delivery, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   Clients may request to reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accepted. Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled.

   All final deliverables become the property of the client after full payment has been made. Elevate Identity reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
